- Access specialist palliative care nurses - Nurse Maude
- Access to nursing specialist infection control - CDHB
- GP onsite weekly
Prior to admission you would have been assessed by NASC (Needs Assessment and Service Co-ordination), who will determine the level of care you require. NASC will also determine your eligibility for ministry funded support. See our Resources page for further information on NASC.
